​​tomboyx: Underwear for Every Body, Built by Community​​

Since 2013, tomboyx has been rewriting the rules of underwear—starting with a simple question: why can’t underwear be comfortable, inclusive, and empowering for everyone? Founded by queer women who felt left out by traditional options, we set out to create gear that celebrates all bodies, sizes, and gender expressions.

Our journey began with getting the basics right: a silky-soft waistband that doesn’t roll, eco-friendly fabrics that last, and fits tested on real people. Our first product—the 4.5” Trunk—sold out in two weeks, proving there was a hungry community ready for something better. Soon, we expanded into boy shorts, briefs, soft bras, and gender-affirming styles like safe binding alternatives, all designed with input from those who wear them.

But tomboyx is more than underwear. It’s a movement. We’re powered by our community—LGBTQ+ folks, athletes, size-inclusive advocates, and everyone who believes comfort shouldn’t be compromised. Every product we make is a testament to authenticity, sustainability, and the radical idea that everyone deserves to feel good in their own skin.
